The Marcus & Millichap Vancouver Office is seeking a Financial Analyst. This position plays a critical role in assignments ranging from single-asset dispositions to large portfolio sales. Responsibilities span all financial components of the transaction and involve supporting multiple phases of the sales process. The ideal candidate will bring strong foundational knowledge of financial and valuation concepts, a demonstrated interest in real estate, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and a strong work ethic. The base range for this role is $74,000 – $94,000 CAD per year. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-jurisdictional employer and posted compensation ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay-transparency regulations.
