Deel is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to drive our partnerships business in Japan. This is a foundational role — the first of its kind in the market — and will play a critical part in shaping how Deel grows across the region. About Deel Deel is a global HR and payroll platform supporting businesses across 160+ countries with compliant hiring, payroll, and workforce management solutions. As we expand our presence in Japan, we are looking for a credible, experienced partnerships professional to build and lead our partner ecosystem from the ground up. Role Overview This position is Deel's first dedicated partnerships hire in Japan. Rather than inheriting an existing framework, you will be responsible for designing and executing the partnership strategy — from early ecosystem development through to long-term, strategic partner relationships. This role is well-suited to a professional with deep market knowledge, an established network within the Japanese partner ecosystem, and a proven track record of delivering results in high-growth environments.
