Anduril is seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Electrician to join our facilities team. This role is responsible for planning, performing, and overseeing complex electrical work in our facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
What You’ll Do:
Installation Maintenance:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and control systems across our southern California facilities.
Upgrade and retrofit existing systems to meet evolving operational needs and safety standards.
Project Management:
Lead electrical projects, including design, planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
Troubleshooting Emergency Response:
Provide expert troubleshooting for complex electrical issues; respond swiftly to emergencies to minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an electrician in a facilities management or industrial/commercial environment.
Proven experience with complex electrical systems and high-level troubleshooting.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Solid understanding of PLCs, motor control, and building management systems (BMS) is a plus.
Certifications:
Journeyman or Master Electrician license as required by local regulations.
OSHA and other relevant safety certifications.
Must possess a valid class C drivers license
Additional Skills:
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and elevated platforms.
Must be comfortable lifting moderate weights and working in physically demanding conditions.
US Salary Range
$37
$48 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
