About The Team:
The Voyager team in Anduril Industries is an engineering and design division with a vast experience in developing innovative computing and communications solutions for the network edge. The team specializes in integrating enterprise networking capabilities from global IT leaders with purpose-built hardware and software platforms designed to meet market demands for the most stringent of environmental requirements.
We are seeking a Operations Supply Chain Associate t o join our Production team in Dublin. This role will require a deep understanding of logistics, the ability to work across teams seamlessly, a deep appreciation for details, the capability to work in ambiguous situations, and the curiosity to learn new subject matters quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments including creating packing lists, labels and emails
Track shipments as required and communicating with freight carriers to ensure relevant deadlines are met
Creation of commercial invoices using carrier software such as Fedex, TNT, DPD etc.
Ensure effective monitoring and communication of shipments both internally and externally
Interfacing with freight carriers for any transit delays/exceptions and answering customs queries
Arrange reverse logistics where appropriate and communicate with third parties
Monitor logistics expenses, implement process enhancements, and boost efficiency where necessary
Create packing lists and commercial invoices, including costing of shipments
Use SAP Business One to transfer stock to and from relevant locations, generate Sales Orders and process deliveries
Verify that Salesforce sales details match SAP, ensuring accurate capture of customer warranty purchases.
Order and coordinate relevant software deliveries with physical shipments
Utilize IT systems—SAP Business One, Salesforce, Slack, and email—for internal communication, production record-keeping, and responding to queries
Other tasks in support of the Production Team when required
Key Skills
Thorough understanding of Customs regulations Export controls including HTS / HS Commodity Codes
Strong competence in MS , in particular Excel
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work on your own initiative with good organizational, planning and time management skills
Desirable Skills
Previous Experience working with ERP systems (SAP would be advantageous)
Previous experience of manufacturing administration (from a similar industry, e.g. manufacturing would be advantageous)
Previous experience working with Salesforce would be advantageous
