Department Overview Noggin is a leader in integrated resilience management technology, offering a next-generation, cloud-based platform that protects people and property in the moments that matter. As the primary technical bridge in LATAM, you will work within the Business Development function to transform complex challenges into proactive safety solutions, ensuring our customers—from stadiums to universities—are always at their best. Job Description We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer with a deep background in SaaS Software Solutions to spearhead our growth in the LATAM region. This is strictly a business-process-centric position requiring a consultant’s mindset; we are looking for a software expert, not an IT infrastructure or hardware specialist. You must have at least 5 years of commercial experience in business or software analysis to handle the functional independence of this regional role. In this impact-oriented position, you will own the technical narrative during the bid process, from discovery to virtual demonstration. You will engage with prospects to understand their unique operational workflows in Critical Event Management and Physical Security , then use your expertise to configure our low-code platform into a tailored solution. Leveraging your previous experience in software implementation , you will provide accurate Professional Services (PS) estimations and proof-of-concept configurations. While you are not responsible for a sales quota, your ability to translate complex business needs into elegant software solutions is what will drive our mission of Solving for Safer.
