About the Role Mental health coaching is part of Lyra’s preventative care offering and is a powerful way to manage emotions, challenge negative thinking, and reduce stress and anxiety. This role serves as the main point of communication and coordination between members, their internal care team, and external providers. The Behavioral Care Manager provides initial evaluations for new members and families, gathers pertinent information, screens for risk, and triages members to appropriate services. This role is a great fit if you lead with empathy and compassion in your communication, enjoy problem solving through data, and can coordinate with a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive care to children and their families. This role requires a high level of professionalism, cultural competence, and ethical behavior in all interactions. **Work hours include Monday - Friday 11:30 AM - 8PM PST/ 2:30 PM to 11 PM EST**
