Jam City is looking for a talented and experienced Lead Producer to join the Cookie Jam team, one of our top-grossing mobile games. In this role, you'll be a key leader of a 60 plus person team, responsible for delivering on the game's long-term strategic roadmap. We're looking for someone who is not only a master of project management but also a creative problem-solver who can optimize development processes and lead a team to success. The ideal candidate is passionate about games, a strategic thinker, and an expert in running robust live operations. You will collaborate closely with the team and management to balance development priorities, improve pipelines, and ensure a best-in-class experience for our players. A top priority for this role is to grow and mentor the production talent within the Puzzle organization, helping producers at all levels develop and grow their careers.
