About this role As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Fam, you will own and drive complex, cross-functional programs that sit at the intersection of product, engineering, risk, compliance, and business. You will play a critical role in scaling Fam’s fintech platform by delivering high-impact initiatives end-to-end—right from problem definition and roadmap planning to execution and launch. This role is delivery-centric, deeply technical, and highly collaborative. You will work closely with senior engineering leaders, product managers, and business stakeholders to ship reliable, secure, and scalable fintech products while continuously improving speed, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
