The Role
Vitable is seeking a disciplined, high-performance Sales Director to lead our Core Account Executive team (~20 AEs).
This leader will own team performance across pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and quarterly revenue targets, while building the systems and culture required to scale a high-performing revenue organization.
This role requires someone who can connect big-picture revenue goals to disciplined daily execution.
Key Responsibilities
Drive aggressive revenue growth and quarterly targets
Build systems and processes that scale with a growing AE team
Maintain 2–3x pipeline coverage and strong forecast accuracy
Coach AEs across discovery, deal strategy, and closing
Develop top performers and future sales leaders
Sales Motion
Buyer: Employers offering healthcare benefits to hourly and frontline workers
Sales Motion: Full-cycle new business (pipeline → close)
Sales Cycle: ~30–90 days
Team: ~20 Account Executives supported by SDRs and RevOps

What Success Looks Like
90 Days
Learn Vitable’s buyers, motion, and playbook
Assess AE strengths and establish forecast cadence
6 Months
Pipeline coverage and forecasting become predictable
Coaching improves deal execution and win rates
12 Months
AE team consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets
Sales execution is disciplined, repeatable, and scalable
Qualifications
7–10+ years of B2B sales experience
3+ years leading full-cycle Account Executives
Experience managing 10+ quota-carrying AEs
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and team quota attainment
Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
Startup experience preferred, ideally helping scale from Series A → Series B
