Hardware Technician

Hardware at TRACTIAN The Hardware team is responsible for designing and improving our IoT devices, dealing with every step of the development process, ranging from PCB design, firmware programming, case design, validations and certifications, always aiming to build trustworthy products that can be produced at a mass scale. What you'll do As a Hardware Technician, you will be responsible for performing hands-on activities such as assembling, reworking, and testing electronic boards, working on SMD lines, prototyping, and performing lab tasks. You will work closely with hardware engineers, following technical guidance to ensure the quality and reliability of prototypes and products. This role is key in supporting the development cycle, delivering consistent results in assembly and testing.
