Hardware at TRACTIAN The Hardware team is responsible for designing and improving our IoT devices, dealing with every step of the development process, ranging from PCB design, firmware programming, case design, validations and certifications, always aiming to build trustworthy products that can be produced at a mass scale. What you'll do As a Hardware Troubleshooting Technician, you will play a key role in analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving failures in our devices, ensuring the reliability and quality of our solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, document findings, and contribute to continuous improvements in processes and products. Your hands-on expertise with electronics, mechanics, and measurement tools will be essential to deliver effective outcomes.
