HR Analyst

WHAT YOU'LL DO As an HR Analyst, you’ll be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle at Tractian — from hiring and onboarding to terminations and legal offboarding processes. You’ll oversee employee benefits, ensuring accurate enrollments, updates, and billing, as well as support employees with inquiries about vacations, payroll, and HR policies. You’ll also maintain and update our employee database, preparing reports for audits and due diligence, while collaborating closely with managers to provide insights on HR processes and guarantee smooth communication across teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
