Senior / Staff Product Designer

This mindset drives everything we do, from product decisions to hiring choices. We're looking for a senior to staff level Product Designer to join the team. In this role, we expect robust design skills, sharp product thinking, and the ability to engage in technical discussions. We work in small, autonomous project teams, where designers are paired tightly with engineers and product managers to explore ideas, build prototypes, deploy internal builds, and ultimately ship to customers. You will be a key element of projects from beginning to end. Location work mode Coast is an in-person company. This role is based out of our New York City office, where our full team works together day to day. We believe great products are built by people who are in the room together — collaborating closely, moving fast, and holding each other to a high bar.
