Workday Integration Specialist Job Location: Bengaluru India GCC About the department Cloudflare’s Enterprise Applications Team builds and runs Enterprise systems to enable Cloudflare internal teams to operate efficiently and enable our customers and partners to do business with us. Enterprise Applications Team is part of the CIO organization. Within the Enterprise Applications Team is a technical team which is responsible for our employee tech stack which includes Workday, ADP along with integrations with multiple vendor platforms. About the role We are looking for a Workday Integration Specialist to join our People Payroll Systems team, an energetic team focused on finding robust, pragmatic, and elegant solutions to difficult problems. The Workday Integration Specialist serves as a technical point of contact for assigned projects, including solution design, technical documentation, implementation, and production support. We strive to build reliable, fault tolerant systems that can operate at Cloudflare’s scale. What you'll do Work on a range of system integration initiatives involving Workday and other systems Help design, build, test and support our inbound and outbound Workday integrations Integrate Workday HCM with third party global payroll and benefit providers Configure integration security Troubleshoot and fix production support Create and update business processes Develop Workday custom reports, including BIRT, Workday Docs Create and launch EIBs Work with Development, QA, and Production Support teams to communicate, verify, and test the desired functionality changes Work with internal business users to demonstrate the changes to the system and ensure all relevant business needs are addressed Create and Maintain system design documentations Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication Work on other assigned projects and tasks as needed Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience Total 8+ yrs of experience with Bachelor's Degree or higher in technology-related field or relevant experience in implementing Business systems Proficient technical knowledge of Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and third-party payroll vendors (such as ADP, PwC etc.) Workday Integration Certifications preferred Workday Extend knowledge a huge plus.
