Sr. Associate, Strategic Finance - Global Mobility Finance Department: Finance & Accounting Team: Strategic Finance Location: New York, United States Type: Full-Time _**This is a hybrid role and you must be located in, or willing to relocate to, New York or San Francisco for the position.**_ **About the Role** As part of the Global Mobility Strategic Finance team, you will help scale the financial reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities and empower decision makers across our different businesses and functions. You will play a key role in all aspects of financial reporting and make significant contributions to high-profile strategic and operational initiatives. **What You’ll Do** - Financial Planning & Analysis: Partner closely with regional and central finance teams to develop financial forecasts and goals, apply business judgment and financial insights to help with decision making - Strategic Thinking & Execution Excellence: Work closely with Mobility Finance Leadership to provide financial insights and support the capital allocation process - Monthly Close: report and analyze variances between actuals, forecast, and plan and consolidate into a global cohesive story - use insights to iterate on forecasts and create/discuss potential action plans with cross-functional stakeholders - Process Improvement: help improve our processes and ensure finance best practices spread through the organization. Drive projects to continuously streamline, standardize and automate various areas of the team’s responsibility with ownership across reporting, forecasting and planning processes - Sophisticated Financial Modeling: Break complex business problems down into components, and build models from scratch as well as improve existing models - Innovate: Our business and systems are evolving and we will push the boundaries beyond traditional forecasting.
