As a Senior Associate on Strategic Finance, you will help build the financial foundation of the business - owning forecasting, shaping growth strategy, and driving key decisions across Sales, Product, and Operations. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with direct impact on how the business scales. **What You’ll Do** - Own and evolve forecasting and planning processes, including pipeline-to-revenue modeling and monthly/quarterly outlooks - Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, and Product to translate business activity into financial insights and drive decision-making - Analyze performance, identify key drivers of variance, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership - Support strategic initiatives including deal evaluation, pricing, and investment prioritization - Help build scalable financial reporting, KPIs, and operating cadences for a growing business **Basic Qualifications** - BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant subject - 4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or a related field - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build models from scratch and translate data into insights - Experience partnering cross-functionally with business teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Product) **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience supporting enterprise / B2B or usage-based businesses with complex revenue models - Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts and multi-period contract dynamics - Experience working in ambiguous or early-stage environments, building processes and frameworks from the ground up - SQL or experience working with large, com
