About the Team Our US Marketplace Strategy Operations team is responsible for building, scaling and improving the way in which we provide Restaurant delivery. We build our restaurant selection, test 0 → 1 products to give merchants more opportunity to delight their consumers, and optimize ways to improve our marketplace to increase the return on investment our partners gain from partnering with DoorDash. This team focuses on all things Restaurants ranging from selection, to merchandising, to consumer strategy, to leveraging our logistics network in new ways, to so much more! About the Role We are seeking an Associate Manager to join our Marketplace Strategy Operations team, with a focus on Restaurant Growth. This team is dedicated to growing our restaurant marketplace by launching new selection, enhancing in-app merchandising, helping negotiate new merchant partnerships, and commercializing products that help our restaurant partners grow their businesses on DoorDash. In this role, you will define and execute DoorDash’s restaurant strategy, creating sustainable value for restaurants, consumers, and Dashers while unlocking incremental marketplace revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a growth mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep sense of ownership.
