About the Team The Platform Innovation team is a collection of entrepreneurial engineers that partners directly with both our VP Product Design and our Co-founder to identify strategic new business opportunities and build innovative solutions for them. About the Role DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a confidential project. Over the past twelve months, the Platform Innovation team, within the Launch Pad organization, has found strong momentum with an emerging product. This year, we’ve assembled a strong cross-functional, entrepreneurial team (lead Designer, lead Product Manager, and General Manager) to take the product to the next level – all that’s left is to hire an engineering leader. Results of the audit may be viewed here: Covey Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
