Salesforce Missionforce is focused on enabling the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Public Sector to accelerate decision-making, mission readiness, and digital transformation. Lead the strategic evolution of Missionforce’s AI and Automated Data Curation portfolio. Empower government agencies to move beyond centralized cloud analytics and deploy high-performance, autonomous intelligence to the edge. You will be responsible for building and scaling a Mission-Ready Data Factory. This platform will automate the ingestion, high-fidelity labeling, and fine-tuning of massive unstructured datasets (imagery, signals, and sensor data), transforming raw information into specialized models that power AI in disconnected or high-security environments. Responsibilities Define and execute vision, strategy, and roadmap for MissionForce product offerings — especially in Trust, Compliance, Security, Privacy, Scalability, Accessibility, and mission readiness. Dive deeply into product/platform architecture to ensure it supports key requirements of defense/public sector: secure cloud operations, AI/ML-enabled decision support, operational resilience. Architect a secure, data-labeling and curation suite. Lead the development of tools that use AI to label data for AI, enabling rapid fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision (CV) models Lead the definition, planning, and delivery of feature work and compliance efforts, coordinating across development, testing, UX/design, security, legal, and ops teams. Collaborate closely with customers, partners, Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), User Experience (UX), and User Research & Insights teams to identify opportunities and validate solutions. Define and execute the product strategy for Missionforce, including developing a new pricing and packaging model focused on customer outcomes.
