We are seeking a seasoned New Product Program Manager to join our dynamic SiOPs team, build and manage a ASIC Program schedules, and ensure best-in-class operational excellence across the full ASIC product lifecycle-from prototype through production sustainment. As the leader for the New Product Program Manager (NPPM) team, you will be responsible for driving the successful introduction and ramp-up of new silicon products from concept through production. You will partner multi-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Test, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost objectives are met. This role requires strong program management skills, technical competence, and the ability to influence and coordinate across multiple organizations. Your Impact Team and Program Leadership: Lead multi-functional teams through the full product lifecycle-from definition, prototyping, and validation through volume production. Develop and mentor NPPM team members across grade levels and regions in support of large/complex silicon program development and ramp operations to production release. Build the vision, strategy and execution plan for the NPPM team in support of the SiliconOne development priorities and deliverables with Predictability, Velocity and Quality. Interact and influence program directions, highlight risks and recommend mitigation strategy, at the executive level Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed program schedules, achievements, and deliverables. Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage program risks, ensuring timely mitigation plans are in place. Interested party Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, updates, and critical issues to senior management and interested parties. Lifecycle Ownership: Own all aspects of product lifecycle management-scope definition, BOM/POR, schedules, interlocks, communication, and sustaining handoffs. Multi-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Test, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure alignment and resolve issues. Cost and Quality Targets: Ensure products meet established cost, quality, and reliability targets at each development stage. Operational Rigor: Monitor consistency to Plan of Record (POR), manage changes, and ensure alignment with schedule, quality, and cost targets. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and present program status reports, post-mortems, and lessons learned to leadership. Program Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in program execution, using standard methodologies and lessons learned. Required Qualifications People Leadership Minimum of 8 years of experience directly leading and developing multi-functional teams including program managers at multiple levels, across projects of varying complexity and scope. New Product Introduction & Lifecycle Management Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing new product introduction (NPI) processes and overseeing product lifecycle management for hardware or semiconductor products. Technical Knowledge: Silicon/System Development At least 5 years of hands-on experience in two or more of the following areas: silicon/system architecture, design, verification, product/test engineering, and lifecycle management, including direct involvement in at least 2 end-to-end product development cycles. Hardware/System Design & Production Engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware/system design, testing, and production engineering, including successful completion of at least 3 product transitions from design to production.
