A Day in the Life
Familiar with NPI / PDP process
As a Senior Business Process Project Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence by leading cross-functional initiatives that improve key business processes across our Danvers site. This is a high-impact role where strategy meets execution, and where your work directly supports the delivery of life-saving medical technologies.
In this role, you will lead and support complex, cross-functional projects that enhance business performance, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. You will serve as a key connector across teams—ensuring alignment, visibility, and successful execution from project initiation through delivery.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Lead or leverage cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage projects tied to key business processes
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Serve as a liaison between project management, project teams, planning functions, and line management
Monitor projects from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met
Review project status, budgets, and schedules; proactively
identify
risks and provide updates to stakeholders
Prepare and deliver clear, concise status reports to leadership and key stakeholders
Assess project challenges and develop effective resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
Establish and implement mechanisms to
monitor
project progress and performance
Drive problem-solving and intervention strategies in collaboration with project managers, functional leaders, and stakeholders
Must-Have (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelors
degree with 4 years of
relevant
experience
OR
Advanced degree with 2 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
(Preferred Qualifications)
Direct experience working within m edical
device industry
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a manufacturing or regulated environment (e.g., medical device, pharma)
Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept to manufacturing
Strong project management skills (Agile, PMP, or equivalent methodologies preferred)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
