You will be a part of a dedicated, experienced, and high-performing team at our Grand Rapids, MI site. At this facility,
as a
material handler
you
will ensure the smooth and efficient flow of materials throughout our manufacturing operations, directly supporting the production of life-changing medical devices.

Available Shifts include:
1st Shift: 6:30am-2:30pm M-F
2nd Shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm M-F
3rd Shift: 10:30pm-6:30am Su-Thurs
Weekend Shift: 6:30am-6:30pm
or 6:30 pm-6:30am Sundays and Saturdays
Overtime is
required .
Responsibilities may include the
following
and other duties may be assigned.
Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming materials and components
Safely transport and deliver materials to
designated
production areas using
appropriate equipment
(e.g., pallet jacks, carts)
Maintain organized inventory,
monitor
stock levels, and
assist
with cycle counts and inventory audits
Prepare materials for production and packaging, ensuring
timely
availability to support manufacturing schedules
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve material flow issues and
maintain
efficient operations
Operate within a clean room environment,
adhering to safety and quality protocols at all times
Support continuous improvement initiatives by
identifying
opportunities to streamline processes and reduce waste
Maintain
accurate
records and follow written and verbal instructions to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
Required Knowledge and Experience:
No prior experience
required ; comprehensive training will be provided.
Ability to read and write in English
in order to
understand work instructions, safety protocols, and communicate effectively within the team.
Nice to Have:
Previous
experience in material handling, warehouse, or inventory management
Experience in a manufacturing or clean room environment
Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to support multiple production areas as needed
Ability to lift and move materials up to 40
lbs
regularly
Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
