The Internship at Medtronic will support and help Acute Care and Monitoring within an assigned tasks on following up orders from hospitals , finalizing all related invoices with customer care and products release . Internship details: Start date: May/June Location: Cairo, Egypt Duration: 6 months Working hours: 40 hours per week Work model: hybrid Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Excute sales orders generated by sales team , following up all the related process till the customer receive the goods . Supporting in Market related interactions when needed . Managing and responding to customer concerns and problems. Arranging demonstration of products by field sales representatives. Required knowledge and Skills: Recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical background, biomedical engineering or a related field Fluency in Arabic and English Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook) Eager to learn & develop Ability to work with a team, Good communication skills M ultitasking Would be a plus : Practical knowledge of sales techniques, strategies & relationship building Demonstrated ability to work independently & drive results Business planning skills Acceptable communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to grasp use of technology & applications (ie., iPad, SalesForce.com, SAP); PC literate Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
