We are
seeking
a dynamic,
customer centric
marketing professional to join our Launch Excellence team within Robotic Surgical Technologies (RST). This role is accountable for owning the commercial readiness of assigned products and ensuring successful,
customer focused
launches from development through market adoption.
As the marketing core team member,
you will
partner
cross functionally
with R&D,
PMO , Sales, Clinical, Operations, Training, Quality, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure all commercial deliverables are aligned, complete, and executed with
customer
experience at the center.
This role leads and supports multiple new product launches by developing global commercial plans, enabling regions to localize execution, and driving clarity, accountability, and rigor across the core team.
This role is onsite 4 days per week and can be based alongside team members in Boston, MA, North Haven, CT, Lafayette, CO or Mounds View, MN.

Own
end to end
commercial readiness for assigned products, ensuring all launch deliverables are defined, aligned, and delivered on time and to standard
Serve as the single point of accountability for marketing deliverables on the core team, from development through launch and post launch optimization
Ensure launch plans are
customer centric
and grounded in real customer workflows and unmet needs
Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Travel approximately 30%
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience or Advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field, MBA preferred
4 years of downstream marketing or market development experience
Product launch experience
Project management experience
Persuasive communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high performing team environment and build strong working relationships
Advanced analytical skills (market trends, competitor SWOT analysis, financials, etc) and synthesizing data into presentable information to drive action
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
