A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
This is a temporary position.
Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, product group and/ or project group.
Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned.
Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support the review, organization, and standardization of the Contract Library to improve structure, consistency, and accessibility
Assist with categorizing and filing executed contracts, amendments, and supporting documents in line with defined naming and folder standards
Partner with the Contracts & Pricing team to help prepare contract data for digital tools that extract key terms and enable data‑driven analysis
Contribute to process improvements that enhance contract management efficiency, data quality, and readiness for future digital solutions
Support the FP&A team by
hands ‑ on development of digital and automated
financial reporting and analytics
through hands‑on work with
Power BI
Assist in transitioning existing Excel‑based reports into interactive
Power BI
dashboards to improve automation, consistency, and scalability
Learn how financial insights support business planning and decision‑making by working closely with FP&A and Commercial stakeholders
Contribute to digital transformation initiatives that deliver clearer,
faster
and
more
actionable
insights for leadership

Baccalaureate degree enrollment or Master's degree or PhD admissions required.
