Associate Marketing Specialist

A Day in the Life As an Associate Marketing Specialist within the Core Surgical Innovation Western-Europe Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering and managing projects, collaborating with multiple stakeholders throughout the region to support business objectives. This role is ideal for an early‑career marketing professional who wants hands‑on exposure to regional marketing in a fast‑paced, international medical device environment. You will play an active role in strengthening regional marketing execution and supporting impactful campaigns across the Western Europe region. You will report to the Senior European Product Marketing Manager and expected to travel occasionally within the Western-Europe region. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Leading and coordinating product planning, product launches, product management, market development, and market research activities Developing strategies and executing marketing plans for specific portfolios to achieve annual business goals Coordinating marketing activities across countries to drive consistency and efficiency Supporting trade shows, congresses, and internal meetings Executing the portfolio digital strategy, including all marketing materials and communication approvals and dissemination Collaborating closely with country marketing, sales, clinical, regulatory, and global marketing teams Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Young marketeer, preferably within an international or matrix environment experience Fluency in Dutch, Spanish, English Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working with digital tools and marketing platforms Proactive, hands‑on, and eager to learn and develop We value candidates with experience in healthcare, medical devices, or the life sciences, as well as exposure to regional or EU‑level marketing activities. Experience working with agencies and cross‑functional teams is also highly valued.
