A Day in the Life
The U.S. Sales Administration Analyst provides frontline operational and customer service support to U.S. field sales teams. This role is responsible for responding to routine inquiries, executing standard sales administration processes, and ensuring accurate data, reporting, and compliance tracking. Working within established procedures, the analyst serves as a reliable first point of contact for the field, escalating nonroutine issues as appropriate.
This position is well suited for an early career professional seeking to build foundational skills in sales operations, customer support, data accuracy, and working in a regulated commercial environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as a frontline point of contact for U.S. field sales teams, providing
timely
and
accurate
responses to routine questions and requests
Execute standard sales administration processes, including data entry, validation, activity tracking, and documentation
Maintain data accuracy and operational integrity across sales systems and reports
Run and distribute standard reports to support sales activity, compliance, and operational metrics
Track
compliance
related
activities and ensure adherence to
established
procedures and policies
Escalate non routine or complex issues to
appropriate partners
while
maintaining
ownership and
follow
through
Support consistent service delivery and operational execution to improve field satisfaction and responsiveness
Collaborate with internal partners to support sales operations, reporting, and process improvement efforts
Develop foundational skills in sales operations, customer service, communication, and
cross functional
collaboration under manager guidance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
with a m inimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Nice to Have
Experience in sales administration, sales operations, customer support, or a related operational role
Experience working with data entry, reporting, or operational tracking systems
Familiarity with working in a regulated or
complianc e
driven environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to follow standardized processes while
identifying
opportunities for efficiency improvements
Strong communication
skills and comfort working with internal stakeholders
Experience supporting field
based or
customer
facing
teams
Interest in developing a
long - term
career in sales operations or commercial operations
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
