Für unser hochinnovatives Produkt Affera suchen wir einen Technical Service Specialist (m/w/d), der modernste Technologien in den klinischen Alltag bringt und damit aktiv zur Verbesserung der Patientenversorgung beiträgt. Diese Position ist in der Region - Südosten Deutschlands zu besetzen. Sie werden eng mit unseren Kunden zusammenarbeiten. Gelegentlich können auch internationale Reisen erforderlich sein, um an Fortbildungen und Trainings teilzunehmen, die Ihnen helfen, Ihre Fähigkeiten weiterzuentwickeln und auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik zu bleiben. Für diese Stelle besteht eine einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine vollständige Masernimpfung Voraussetzung für die Besetzung der offenen Position. Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt: Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von Affera‑Systemen bei Kund:innen Technische Fehlerdiagnose und nachhaltige Problemlösung Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Geräte und Technologien Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technical Support und internen Schnittstellen Sicherstellung von Qualitäts‑, Sicherheits‑ und Compliance‑Standards Aufbau vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen durch professionellen Service Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung: Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Medizintechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar Erfahrung im technischen Service von Medizintechnikprodukten Analytische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und gute Englischkenntnisse Reisebereitschaft; IT‑/Netzwerkkenntnisse von Vorteil Bevorzugter Wohnort im Süden bzw.
