A Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Identify IFU/label requirements and obtain necessary raw information from various sources. Learn and understand the design and behavior of the company’s products. Design, develop, and maintain IFU/label using FrameMaker® and other software applications. Control IFU versioning and maintain the IFU archives. Provide IFU/label -related support to the Marketing, Product Development, and Regulatory groups. Identify IFU translation requirements, prepare and manage translation projects to completion. Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator, and some database experience Perform the administrative documentation tasks required to establish and track IFU in a Product Lifecycle Management system. Continuously evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement improvements. Proofread and edit the work of other writers. · All activities must be performed in compliance with the Quality System. · Performs duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies or governmental regulations. SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM:  Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education. Minimum Qualifications · Bachelor degree in Medical, Mechanical, Electric Life Science or Masters in Pharmaceutical · 4-7 years experiences as a technical. · Proficient with FrameMaker® software · Proficient with Adobe Acrobat® and PhotoShop® software, vector graphics software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator® or CoreDraw) and HTML. · Preferable experience in the medical or scientific software field · Experience with Structured Authoring using XML and content management solutions. · Experience writing for a global audience. ...
