This role follows a hybrid working model that balances flexibility with in‑person collaboration, requiring on‑site attendance at the Cairo Festival City office three times a week. The position reports to the designated regional finance controller and involves collaboration with internal teams, as well as coordination with external authorities and auditors. This position is ideal for a seasoned individual contributor who exhibits confidence in managing complex deliverables while maintaining strong alignment with organisational policies, compliance requirements and established financial governance frameworks. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Maintain and oversee the control of accounts and records in areas such as disbursements, expenses and tax payments Compile financial information to record transactions, prepare reports and review the accuracy of underlying data Conduct balance sheet reviews and assist with month end closing where applicable Demonstrate a strong understanding of revenue recognition principles in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standard 15 and ensure proper application across relevant transactions Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Act as the primary contact for statutory and tax audits, coordinating deliverables and ensuring timely completion Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, with a minimum of four years’ relevant experience in financial accounting, reporting or audit within a multinational environment Proficiency with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reconciliations and reporting Strong skills in problem solving, communication and teamwork that support effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders Ability to manage multiple deadlines across monthly cycles and project based deliverables while working with guidance appropriate to the role Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
