This position covers the Pomeranian, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, Warmian-Masurian, Podlaskie, West Pomeranian, and Lubusz Voivodeships, offering a mix of in-office and field-based work. You will have the autonomy to manage your territory, conduct customer visits, and deliver presentations, while collaborating closely with internal teams across Operations and Marketing. The role requires occasional travel within the assigned regions and offers a supportive environment where your insights and market feedback directly influence business strategies and product development.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Promote and sell Medtronic products and services in the Digestive and Gastrointestinal therapy area across the assigned regions
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key administrative stakeholders
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize the value of Medtronic’s portfolio
Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions on Medtronic devices
Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and identify emerging trends
Execute territory-specific sales strategies and adapt market development plans
Provide regular feedback to internal teams on product performance, applications, and market dynamics
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical devices industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to build professional relationships and work independently in a field-based role
Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess customer needs and market trends
Good command of English (communicative level)
High level of resilience and ability to perform effectively under pressure
