As Senior Training & Education Specialist, you’ll lead the design, delivery and continuous evolution of our Field and Medical Education programs, empowering commercial and clinical teams with the knowledge and confidence to improve patient outcomes through innovation. Reporting to the Training & Education Manage CST, you will be part of a high-performing team and be primarily responsible for the development and delivery of Spine customer courses, internal sales trainings and lead projects, playing a vital role in enabling scalable growth and commercial success across the CST business. For this remote position, you will be expected to be based in Israel. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Plan, develop and coordinate impactful training programs for field personnel and customers Obtain information needed to prepare training programs; prepare training materials; develop course content; determine methodology and coordinate the development of training aids Ensure training programs meet company and customer objectives, applying a continuous improvement mindset Maintain communication with customers, faculty and internal stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of training Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, as well as other trainers and Subject Matter Experts, leveraging technical expertise as needed for specialized delivery Continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements, evolving technology and procedural standards keeping resources up to date Required Knowledge and Experience: Advanced degree in Life-science, Health, Marketing, Engineering or Business Administration At least 5 years of working experience in Spine therapies and our Enabling Technologies Fluent in English Experience in an international, multicultural environment Ability to work effectively with physicians Good analytical and presentation skills Able to plan, organize, monitor and conclude a project autonomously Travel: approximately 30% Other nice-to-haves that can be of an advantage are experience in educating customer or other colleagues, an additional European language, knowledge in Cranial therapies, MS Office toolset mastery.
