A Day in the Life

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Sales Representative who excels at driving sales activity, delivering results, and forecasting performance. You’ll also be responsible for creating and executing a development plan for the product portfolio you manage to support long-term growth. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel or in-person meetings depending on business needs in Poland.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Develop and implement plans to achieve/exceed sales targets
Develop new sales opportunities
Implement market development projects
Ensure implementation of remote sales tools in the effective and productive way
Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations to customers
Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads and pursue opportunities to promote the company's product range
Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner
Educate customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively
Recognize and understand competitive products, features in relation to the company’s products
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Degree in Medical Science, Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field
Demonstrated ability to work independently on duties as well as contributing to a larger team
Excellent communication skills
Team-oriented/openness to supporting colleagues regardless of other team members' responsibilities
Strong goal orientation
High attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude towards remote work and the ability to communicate effectively using remote tools
Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
Experience in the medical (device) industry or a hospital environment and knowledge of the competitive marketplace would be an advantage
Polish is a must
