Within the Global Delivery Systems team, we are looking for a Systems Change Specialist who can lead and organize Stakeholder Management, System Role Management and Communication. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: During the Stand-up you connect with your direct colleagues and align priorities You contribute to scoping and describing business requirements You contribute to defining departmental priorities and communicate with relevant stakeholders You test and create instructions for newly developed functionality You prepare and guide training rollouts You make sure that new developed functionality has gone through proper role management You support hyper care of newly deployed functionality You manage the relevant stakeholders and make sure communication is being sent-out You contribute to describing E2E flows and how to govern the processes You contribute to the creation of proposals for improvement You work with colleagues and external partners trough on-line meetings or face to face. Required Knowledge and Experience: Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a technical Program/Project management role Knowledge of transportation and distribution processes Knowledge of IT and Business change management processes Fluent in English Hands-on mentality Can-do mindset with strong execution skills Able to apply E2E mindset, going the extra mile when needed. For this role, experience working in a US multinational organization within a matrix structure would be an advantage, as would prior exposure to the healthcare environment. Strong knowledge of Sales Order Management, planning processes, and freight audit and pay activities is preferred, along with an understanding of Dangerous Goods regulations and international trade requirements. Familiarity with Blue Yonder or similar planning systems is desirable, combined with the ability to plan effectively and work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
