A Day in the Life Main Mission of Job “ Careers that Change Lives ” 本ポジションは移動型術中イメージングシステム(O-arm)の新規設置、導入、保守契約に関わる業務です。 顧客のニーズにあったサービス体制を構築し、設置前事前調査、設置、修理及び保守サービスを営業部門及びマーケティング等と連携を取りながら実施です。顧客からの技術的問い合わせの回答を行い、苦情・不具合について、品質保証部門と連権しながら、問題解決にあたります。US本社の技術部門と連携を取りながら、高いレベルの技術サポートを行えるように最新の技術情報を学び実践をする。高いサービス品質を顧客に提供をします。 Main Responsibilities “A Day in the Life” 移動型術中イメージングシステム(O-arm)の新規設置、導入に関わるフィールド及び内勤業務。 顧客装置の安定稼働を目的として保守点検および故障修復業務とそれに伴う請求等の業務及び保守契約販売業務。 症例立会業務。 顧客とコミュニケーションを行い、顧客満足度の改善維持向上を行う。 データ分析業務を行い、オペレーション改善を行う。 顧客からの不具合・苦情の問い合わせ対応業務を行い、顧客満足度の改善維持向上を行う。データ分析業務を行う。 他部署の製品の修理・点検業務（フィールドサービス、内勤業務を含む） Must Haves Job Experience 電機/機械工学分野での業務経験 フィールドサービス業務 Skills/Knowledge 英語力（業務上のやり取りが可能なレベル） MS-Word, Excel, PowerPointを活用した高度なデータ分析・レポート作成スキル 関係部門との円滑な調整を実現するための高いコミュニケーション能力と交渉力 宿泊を伴う国内及び海外出張ができること 夜間及び休日の作業に対応できること Competency 普通自動車運転免許 Education 学士号取得者 (学部・学科は問わない) Nice to Haves Job Experience 臨床工学技士 コールセンター業務 Skills/Knowledge エックス線作業主任者 医療機器の修理経験 医療機器修理業責任技術者 Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
