General Description: Under minimum direction, the 9922 Public Service Aide, Associate to Professionals performs a variety of duties requiring a high level of responsibility; carries out complex tasks relative to the performance of management functions; carries out complex tasks on a limited basis in direct support of professional level personnel; researches and analyzes data; assists in the implementation of programs and assists in various administrative duties. Locations: Public Service Aides will be reporting to various SFPUC locations depending on assignment: Business Services - 525 Golden Gate Avenue, SF CA  External Affairs - 525 Golden Gate Avenue, SF CA Human Resource Services - 525 Golden Gate Avenue, SF CA Hetch Hetchy Water and Power Division - Moccasin, CA (140 miles east of SF bay area) Infrastructure - 525 Golden Gate Avenue, SF CA Natural Resources and Land Management Division - 505 Paloma Way, Sunol CA Water Enterprise - 1657 Rollins Road, SF CA Wastewater Enterprise - 750 Phelps Street, SF CA Wastewater Enterprise - 3801 Third Street, Suite 600, SF CA Power Enterprise - 651 Bryant Street or 525 Golden Gate Avenue, SF CA Education:  Completion of at least two years of college (Completion of at least 60 semester units or 90 quarter units) from an accredited college or university.    ( If you do not meet the above requirement, please do not apply for this position. ) Desirable Qualifications: Good public relations skills Good written and verbal communications.
