Senior Engineer, Test Engineering

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sustaining qualification of BQST HAMR process Driving improvement in overall KPI, quality, performance, cost leadership that relate to BQST process to meet business commitment. Setup, qualify convert tester and monitor KPI performance. Update related documents; WI, PI, OCAP and FMEA Compliance to Standards; IMS, contamination/ESD requirement Inform and highlight to higher level when find abnormalities of better or worse signs. Follow Regulation, Discipline and Orientation and comply with company policies, rules, regulations & THO documents. Control and follow up to achieve management plan. REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field, Electronic engineering, Electrical engineering. At least 2-5 years in Test  Engineering field. Fluent in English communication. SKILLS: Machine installation, fixing and development Problem solving and Decision making Good Interpersonal Skill , Pro-active ,Positive Attitude, Accountable , Dynamic Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts of others Programing, coding (Option #LI-SW1 WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
