The Role We’re seeking a dynamic Operations Associate to partner with our Product, BizOps, and Support leaders to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and enable Findigs to scale sustainably.​ As a member of the broader BizOps team, you’ll also play a key supporting role in Findigs’ financial operations and strategy, modeling the financial implications of various initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Operations and Support, this role is heavily execution-oriented, with exposure to strategic thinking—leveraging data, processes, and tools to ensure our operations are efficient, reliable, and scalable. You’ll be deeply involved in the systems, routines, and metrics that power our product and support operations, and as you grow within the role, you’ll be empowered to take on additional responsibilities including oversight of our international teams, increased influence in forecasting, and opportunities to meaningfully impact our team’s roadmap.
