About The Job: Paid Media Strategist The Red Hat Marketing technology team is seeking a Paid Media Product Manager to sit at the intersection of Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science in India. Your goal is not to execute day-to-day campaign tweaks, but to build the infrastructure, processes, and strategic frameworks that allow our paid media efforts to scale. You will treat our paid media ecosystem as a product that requires constant feature enhancement, data integrity, and strategic vision. What will you do? Strategic Roadmap: Define the long-term vision for paid channels, identifying which platforms we should enter next and what technologies (AI, automation, 3rd-party tools) we need to get there Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the bridge between teams to translate requests into actionable work Experimentation Framework: Own the testing backlog. You decide what we test (e.g., new landing page flows or bidding models), while others handle the technical implementation Vendor & Platform Management: Manage relationships with reps from Google, Meta, Facebook and others to gain early access to beta features and ensure we are utilizing their tools to the fullest What will you do? 5 years of experience in digital marketing MarTech Expertise: Deep understanding of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads and Content Syndication vendors Product Mindset: Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies to manage marketing sprints and creative production pipelines Customer focused mindset Experience in Integrate, Datorama, Content Square and Qualtrics a plus About Red Hat Red Hat is the world’s leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
