Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain both the Atlassian Jira environment. Key Responsibilities: Jira Administration: Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and schemes. Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls. Create dashboards, filters, and reports for stakeholders. Implement automation rules and optimize workflows for efficiency. Integrate Jira with other tools (e.g., Confluence, Microsoft Teams). Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide user support. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in IT administration with Jira. Strong knowledge of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. Expertise in Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD) is an added advantage. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting. Understanding of security and compliance best practices. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred: Atlassian and Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert). Experience with Jira automation, REST APIs, and integrations. Knowledge of Intune and Endpoint Manager.
