About the Team: The Powder Bed Fusion manufacturing team develops, creates, and operates the most advanced additive manufacturing technologies in the world. This best-in-class team makes sure that the infrastructure, materials, tools, and equipment are in pla ce for us to rapidly iterate and print . T h e Powder-Based manufacturing team was crucial to manufacturing Aeon-1 for first launch and now are developing and demonstrating groundbreaking technologies, design, and approaches for Aeon-R! About the Role: This is a 2nd shift position with a standard schedule of 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM PT, Monday through Friday. The role includes a 10% shift differential added to the base pay. Please note that this position is structured around a baseline expectation of a 50-hour workweek, which may include occasional overtime as needed to meet operational goals. Setup, Operate, and Monitor PBF Printers, Depowdering Machinery, and Supporting Equipment Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of PBF equipment. Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, defects, surface quality, and perform necessary rework Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of work performed Collaborate with Engineering and Team to develop and implement new printing processes Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines ensuring a safe work environment About You: High School Diploma or GED 2+ Years Experience in PBF Printer Operation or other Additive Manufacturing technologies Proficient in operating PBF Printers and Support Equipment such as EOS, AMCM, Velo3D, Solukons and a solid understanding in various PBF printing processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality parts. Experienced in inspecting PBF Parts for defections and dimensional accuracy. Ability to interpret technical documents and maintain accurate records. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues related to the PBF Printing process.
