Role Overview As an Account Solution Engineer (also known as a Presales Consultant or Sales Engineer), you are the visionary who transforms customer experiences. You aren’t just a technical expert; you are a strategic partner to Sales , owning the solutioning throughout the entire sales cycle. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, translating complex business objectives into enticing, practical recommendations that drive real change. Responsibilities Act as the technical North Star for the sales team, aligning technical strategy with business outcomes to close complex deals. Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and demos (including Agentforce and Data Cloud) that address unique business challenges and prove tangible value. Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other high-performing teams (Product, Marketing, Professional Services). Articulate the benefits of Salesforce to audiences at every level—from IT Administrators to C-suite executives—using industry-specific insights. Maintain expert-level knowledge of Salesforce products and industry trends to remain effective in a performance-driven environment.
