The Creative Technologist & Firefly Services Solution Consultant role combines technical expertise, creative innovation, and consulting skills to help enterprise customers harness Adobe Firefly and generative AI technologies. This position focuses on designing and implementing next-generation creative workflows, integrating Firefly APIs, and advising on governance, security, and ethical AI practices while driving adoption and thought leadership in the creative technology space.
Job Description
The Creative Technologist & Firefly Services Solution Consultant primarily leads pre-sales technical engagements focused on the development and implementation of complex creative technology solutions. This role uses in-depth knowledge of Adobe Firefly, Creative Cloud, and cutting edge Generative & Agentic AI to provide technical expertise to sales teams and customers through discovery sessions, solution presentations, proof of concepts and product demonstrations. The consultant assists Account Executives and Solution Partners in assessing potential applications of Adobe solutions to meet customer needs and coordinates the preparation of detailed specifications for implementing customer creative production workflows.
This is a dynamic AI first role that offers the freedom to tackle new and exciting challenges at every turn. The consultant will overlay across prioritized sales cycles and key opportunities, engaging with various account teams and surrounding resources. The role requires adaptability to integrate into diverse environments and team cultures, ultimately playing the role that best serves the customer, which may vary across engagements. Responsibilities include,
Partner with Adobe Account teams to set strategy, vision, and technical solution for transformational opportunities using Adobe Firefly and related tools to maximize customer benefits and establish a baseline for value realization.
Own and drive the technical ecosystem to understand customer needs, align Adobe technology, and communicate the value delivered by the solution.
Coordinate key deliverables and programmatic artifacts to ensure accounts achieve sales growth goals and beyond.
Provide risk analysis, updates, and consult on structural improvements to the larger team and ecosystem.
What you'll do
Lead GenAI demystification sessions and educate stakeholders on Firefly / other model capabilities and ethical AI practices.
Redesign creative production workflows leveraging Firefly Services, Creative Cloud APIs, and automation tools.
Integrate Firefly APIs with enterprise platforms such as AEM and Workfront for scalable creative operations.
Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes showcasing generative AI-driven creativity.
Advise on governance, IP indemnification, and security for generative AI adoption.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to influence solution roadmaps.
Support pre-sales activities including discovery, solution architecture, and executive-level presentations.
Deliver compelling demos and workshops to showcase Firefly and related Adobe solutions.
Design and implement AI workflows using orchestration tools like n8n and similar platforms.
Act as a thought leader in generative models for creative spaces, sharing insights on social media and industry forums.
Skills needed
Deep understanding of Adobe Firefly, Creative Cloud, and generative AI concepts.
Knowledge of multiple creative generative models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, DALL·E) and their strengths.
Experience building new-age creative workflows by daisy chaining solutions and best-of models.
Hands-on expertise in creating AI workflows using tools like n8n and similar orchestration platforms.
Strong consulting skills including stakeholder engagement, solution design, and technical enablement.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive presentations.
Familiarity with enterprise security, IP compliance, and ethical AI practices.
