As our Head of Talent Attraction (Talent Acquisition) Employer Branding , you won't just fill seats; you will architect the growth engine for our most critical business units across LatAm. You are the strategic partner who understands that high-growth requires a blend of human empathy and AI-driven efficiency. You will own the end-to-end talent attraction strategy and process to ensure Clara is and remains one of the highest talent-densities companies in Latin America and the world. This involves the full lifecycle - from Clara's perception and recognition amongst top prospective team members, to ensuring a best-in-breed candidate experience, and an efficient (software/AI-driven) process to ensure that we efficiently identify, recruit, and convert exceptional candidates. You will be capable of demonstrating the best of human empathy while being a data-driven operations wizard. You'll feel great satisfaction in ensuring that roles are filled efficiently and that those who join Clara go on to become top performers and accretive teammates.
What you’ll do (Outcomes Impact)
Lead Talent Strategy: Define and execute the recruitment roadmap for ensuring hiring velocity aligns with Clara’s ambitious business goals.
Employer Branding: You will track and measurably improve Clara's perception as an employer-of-choice for the most ambitious talents.
Architect AI Automation: Design and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to eliminate friction for the team (and candidates) in the recruiting flow. We prioritize simplicity—if a task can be automated to let you focus on high-value human connection, you make it happen.
Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a direct advisor to leadership and hiring managers. Use market intelligence to influence headcount planning and compensation, engaging in respectful debate to reach the best answers.
Optimize the Ecosystem: Serve as the power user for Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter. You ensure our pipelines are data-driven, transparent, and built for speed.
Drive Ownership: You act as an owner of the candidate experience and quality of hire. You don't wait for instructions; you identify bottlenecks and solve them today, not tomorrow.
Always Be Changing: Constantly audit and reinvent our processes. You thrive in an environment where we are always improving ourselves and our output.
Who you are
Proven Execution: 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically scaling teams within high-growth tech or fintech ecosystems.
Functional Mastery: Deep knowledge of the LatAm talent landscape - including for Engineering, Sales, and Fintech-specific roles.
Tech-Forward Mindset: Expert command of Greenhouse (or similar ATS) and a genuine drive to integrate AI/automation into the recruitment lifecycle.
