Overview As a Talent Lead specialising in Regulatory and Clinical recruitment, you will own end-to-end talent acquisition within the CRO/Pharma domain, with particular depth across Clinical Trials, Pharmaceuticals, and Pharmacovigilance. You will manage and guide a small team of recruiters and partner management professionals, balancing hands-on recruitment delivery with day-to-day team direction and tactical execution of objectives.  You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the globe, adapting your approach to the cultural expectations and communication styles of diverse regional teams. As the domain expert for Life Sciences recruitment, you will drive candidate quality, maintain partner accountability, and deliver data-driven insights that directly inform hiring decisions. Your advanced knowledge of Lever will underpin pipeline management, targeted workflow automation, and accurate reporting to leadership. Main Responsibilities Recruitment Delivery  Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for specialised Regulatory and Clinical roles globally, including Clinical Trial Management, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing, and related disciplines.
