About this role:
As an Advanced Practice Provider in our Primary Care Float Pool Position, y ou will work with multiple teams of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will work alongside the provider teams in our clinics throughout the great Denver (Front Range) area.
This allows you to explore the many Denver Area communities we serve.
This position includes a $10,000 .00 s tarting bonus, and up to $7,500.00
in relocation assistance for eligible household moves
Competitive Annual Salary, with productivity earnings potential.
You will practice at multiple Intermountain Health Primary Care / Walk-In Clinics throughout the greater Denver area
Your full-time hours will reflect coverage of our clinics which are open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm - with 14 patients per day on average
Extended clinic hours and weekend coverage on occasion

What you’ll bring:
Required 2 Years E xperience in a continuity setting as a provider with the ability to see urgent care level patients
Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed
APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
