Skillsoft Global Knowledge is seeking an Enterprise Instructor Led Training (ILT) Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expand Global Knowledge within key commercial accounts, including members of the Fortune 1000. You’ll play a key role in shaping Global Knowledge’s go-to-market strategy, partnering cross-functionally to help our commercial customers transform their workforces through best-in-class instructor-led training.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to be at the forefront of this transformation, for our Instructor Led Training (ILT) portfolio, working with top-tier clients to deliver cutting-edge training solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships, drive business growth, and play a key role in our mission to empower organizations through knowledge. We are seeking a consultative sales professional who can look beyond initial customer requests to identify underlying pain points and develop tailored training solutions.
Responsibilities
Consult on customized training solutions that drive real impact
Prospect with a structured activity model to maximize revenue growth
Manage your sales pipeline and document activity daily
Responsible for negotiating effectively based on value and time to close
Stay ahead of industry trends to offer innovative learning solutions
Have a deep financial acumen to quantify ROI for customers
Collaborate and leverage subject matter expertise in a matrixed sales environment
Excel in fostering and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders at the highest levels
Develop and close new sales opportunities, consistently driving demand, and increasing revenue
Required Skills Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience selling SaaS or strategic Services products into Enterprise accounts
Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office Suite and additional sales and prospecting tools
Demonstrated success selling complex deals with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills
Experience selling into large, global organizations (6,000+ employees / Fortune 1000)
Must be a Self-starter with clear evidence of pipeline generation and territory ownership and who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, and sometimes ambiguous environments
Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, competitive, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitude
Preferred Skills Experience:
IT training / learning and development solutions experience
Experience running structured sales processes using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks
