About the Role In this opportunity you will: Build and evolve the BI Platform including being able to assess the as-is architecture with the to-be state Participate in all aspects of the development lifecycle: Ideation, Design, Build, Test and Operate Utilize a variety of software and tools both commercial and open source Enable self-service tooling for analytics teams to create and maintain BI reports Ensure consistency with cloud architectural guiding principles Continuously challenge and evolve the existing platform capabilities and keep up to date with new offerings About You You’re a fit for the role of Lead BI Platform Engineer if you meet all or most of these criteria: 3 years in Software Engineering Data Engineer - AWS, DBT, Python, spark, snowflake, SQL, CICD, data modelling, AI Hands-on experience working with public cloud technology (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience with service-oriented and/or microservices architecture Proficiency in modern programming languages like Node.js, C#, Python, Java Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases like PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MySQL, BQ etc Experience with Agile development and delivery – Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban methodologies. Hands on DevOps experience – CI/CD in AWS, Git, Monitoring, Log Analytics #LI-AD2 What’s in it For You?
