Senior Process Engineer

The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for driving Process Excellence (PEX), Process Re-imagination, and AI Transformation initiatives across the organization through close collaboration with diverse functional areas. This role involves supporting and executing Process Excellence projects to ensure alignment with business objectives, conducting/facilitating training sessions, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. The role also provides hands-on execution and analytical support to functional teams on the development and delivery of transformation strategies, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to implement and advance process excellence initiatives. Engagements typically span several weeks and involve collaboration with global teams across operations, technology, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and enablement functions. About the Role As a Senior Process Engineer, you will: Partner with global teams to assess process excellence requirements and explore opportunities for process reimagination and innovation. Execute high-impact Process Excellence (PEX) projects that deliver measurable improvements. Assist operations teams with transformation strategy development and roadmap execution. Drive process excellence initiatives across multiple functional areas. Map roles to activities to identify AI tool use cases and automation opportunities. Map current-state processes to uncover inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Analyze operational data to surface insights and optimization opportunities. Develop future-state process maps to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Facilitate discovery workshops to identify AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities. Partner with Centers of Excellence on targeted improvement and transformation initiatives. Support and mentor Yellow Belt and Green Belt Lean Six Sigma projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Participate in and facilitate Lean Six Sigma training sessions to build organizational capability. About You You’re a fit for the role of Senior Process Engineer if you have: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8 years of process excellence experience, with a focus on Lean Six Sigma and AI-enabled transformation. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification Hands-on experience executing Yellow Belt and Green Belt projects and supporting Lean Six Sigma training delivery. Demonstrated ability to execute high-impact PEX projects and support strategic operations transformation. Proficiency in current-state process mapping, data analysis, and future-state process design. Experience collaborating with COEs and global stakeholders on targeted improvement initiatives. Working knowledge of AI tools for productivity, including Microsoft Copilot and large language models (LLMs). Experience supporting or leading discovery workshops focused on AI and automation opportunities. Familiarity with AI, ML, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Proficient in Python, Microsoft Office Suite, and process mapping tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening capabilities. Effective collaborator across all organizational levels, including cross-functional and remote teams. Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and contributing to organizational change.
