About the Role In this opportunity as a Team Leader, you will be responsible to: Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities. Regularly review the pipeline to identify and address bottlenecks and stalled opportunities. Implement strategies to effectively move opportunities through the stages of the pipeline. Salesforce Management: Configure and maintain Salesforce to ensure the platform is optimized for the sales team’s needs. Train the sales team on using Salesforce to ensure accurate data entry and opportunity tracking. Generate reports and analytics from Salesforce data to inform strategic and tactical decisions. Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate the inbound sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing coaching and development to improve the sales team’s skills. Conduct regular performance and pipeline review meetings with the team. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute inbound sales strategies to attract and convert prospects. Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation campaigns with sales objectives. Implement effective inbound sales tactics, such as personalized communication and proper lead follow-up. Analysis and Reporting : Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success. Create and present detailed reports on the sales team’s performance and pipeline status to senior management. Use insights gained from analysis to adjust sales strategies and tactics. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve inbound sales processes and team efficiency. Implement additional tools and technologies to enhance pipeline management and sales effectiveness. Ensure sales processes are scalable and can adapt to business growth.
